TPUG(AV)AAA August 1991
This is our first Amiga Vision disk. Since at this time there is
NO Amiga Vision player, this disk recquires you to own Amiga Vision!
This disk contains two programs.
The drawer marked blank is a demo created by an author who is
unknown at this time. The way the program is set-up, you can copy
this drawer to a disk, rename the disk 'Blank'. If this isn't done,
you will have to change all the defaults using the Amiga Vision
program. Once this has been done you can use the Demo icon to create
the program. Memory recquirements is at least 1.5 meg of RAM.
The second program is a User Group Database for Amiga computers,
this program is quite good, and this is the first program I have seen
that is of a useful nature. With lots of features, such as creating
mailing labels, and space for additional equipment (memory, hardware
etc.). A hard copy of each user can also done with the print feature.
A hard drive would be a good recquirement for this program but it
will work with a floppy disk, but the defaults of the program is set
for the floppy disk to be called 'UGDB.1'. The documentation is
included with the Readme file. Since this program uses non-standard
fonts with Amiga Vision, the font sub-directory has to be copied to
the appropriate font directory on your disk.
Since the program Amiga Vision is relatively new, it is a good idea
to take a close look at both programs to see how the authors created
the various details in the flow charts. The Blank demo is a good
start for adding or making changes to the program.
Enjoy
